Born an Entrepreneur, she had 3 small businesses with her Mom before she was 16. “I remember being really young and having to just kind of face my fear and make my sales pitch- I’ve been hooked ever since. When I joined the Army, I tried to take that with me, so I started a business while I served too.”
Although not originally from Texas, it is the second time Aly Ray (yes, that’s 2 names, no hyphen) has lived here. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, she joined the United States Army at the ripe age of 20. Serving as a Counterintelligence Special Agent under the Department of Defense, she worked both strategic and tactical source operations and influence operations on multiple echelons. Using her training in human intelligence and psychology, and radicalization and influence, she transformed her practical application to digital marketing. After opening and selling a boutique social media agency in the PNW, she ventured back down south and found her home at Grow with Studio. Here, she leads the talented Social Media Team who grow both small and big businesses every day. Although typically with her nose to her phone, Aly Ray loves early morning hikes with her family, yelling at the TV during football season, and photography.
