How does it work? How do I request and approve designs?
After you sign up all you have to do is email your project manager when you need a new design created. Then your design will get right to work and email you back your new design. If you love it great, if not let us know and your designer will fix things and send it back.

How fast will I receive my design?
As soon as you send your request to your project manager, your designer will work your design into their schedule and return your polished design within your turnaround window. Please note, that if you send a lot of design requests at once, your project manage will work with you to figure out what is priority and allocate them out to your designer accordingly.
*For large requests, you may not receive all the design work within the turnaround window, but we will work to ensure you do receive the most time sensitive items first. -
Will I work with the same designer every time?
We will try and pair you with the same designer every time, but we also want to ensure we send you your design on schedule. You'll only ever work with our in-house designers who will have access to your previous design files and be all caught up on your business.

How many revisions come with a design request?
We try to get your design perfect the first time, but if you need us to adjust your design, no problem. Just let your project manager know and your designer will work on making the changes. Please be aware that revision contribute to your hours for the month.

What does Stock Photo Access mean?
Our design team has access to millions of premium stock photography photos. You don't have to send us images if you don't have any. Just let us know what you need and we'll find the perfect images to work into your designs.

Can I really cancel whenever I want?
Yes you can. We'll just finish out the month and you will no longer be charged.

Can I have a logo designed?
Design On Demand does not cover logo designs. We do offer a logo design service that goes in-depth into your business and ensure we produce a logo you will love.

Can I have a full website design?
No. Full website designs involve coding and development, and are much more complex than Design On Demand is intended for. If you are in need of a website design, checkout our design page.

Can you help me adjust the code on my website?
Design On Demand is intended to just be for your design specific needs, so we aren't able to adjust the code of your website. However, if you need some coding assistance, just speak with your Project Manager and they can see what our developers can do to help.

Do you run my email, ad or social media campaigns?
We don't adjust or work in any of your marketing campaigns as part of Design On Demand. We offer otheremail marketing,advertisingand social mediaservices.

Will you be uploading products, fulfilling orders or working in my website's admin?
This is not part of Design On Demand. With Design On Demand we will be specifically focused on your design needs.
